Gigi wax is a very famous product in the United States among women. It can be used to remove the excess hair from the legs and hands. Gigi wax is very popular and is one of the most common beauty products among most salons for hair removal. There are many types of Gigi wax. These include Honey wax, Azulene wax, Soya formula and the Bikini wax. All these wax products are skin friendly.

The Gigi honey wax grips the hair very well and removes it very efficiently. It does not harm the skin in any way and there are some people who have decided that they will continue using this product without trying any other product again.

These customers also found that the wax did a very good job when applied on coarse hair. However, some of them felt that the wax still stuck on to the hair after it was pulled off. Also, while many of them felt the honey wax is not sticky and does not give your hands and legs a messy feeling, some people found that they had to use baby oil and hot water to get rid of the stickiness.

Bikini lovers have tried using the Gigi bikini wax and found it to be really helpful. They could enjoy wearing their bikinis freely without any embarrassment of hair beings shown on their underarms and legs. Users have found that all the hair came off easily with the bikini wax without any hair being left behind.

Also, users are pleased with the way the wax spreads uniformly. Some users have specially noted that the wax was neither too thick nor too thin. It is just of the right consistency and spread easily. Because of this it does not drip all round the place, resulting in a clean up to be done.

Some people who have tried the Gigi hemp wax found that it works well only on medium hair. It is not at all suitable for bikini or coarse hair. When it is heated, it gives out a pleasant aroma. However, it will spread uniformly and remove the hair properly only when used correctly. Otherwise, there are chances of the skin getting removed as well that results in painful bleeding. There are also people who have felt that the wax was unduly sticky and it took them a long time to get rid of the stickiness. They felt that the wax was too thin and dripped all over the place.

A few people who have used the azulene wax have found that it works well on sensitive areas. It does not hurt much and is better suited for hair that is neither too thick nor too coarse. When heated, only a thin layer was needed to do the job. However, some people have found that they had to re-wax the same area quite a few times to get the hair removed.

Some people who used this wax have felt that the wax was not a sticky mess and came off easily after application. If at all any residue gets left behind, it is very little and comes off very easily with baby oil.  Few people have developed allergies after the application of the azulene wax. They developed ingrown hair and red bumps which led to itchiness. Moreover, they had to rewax the once waxed areas again within a fortnight.

The Gigi wax works well for those who have really sensitive skin. However, some customers who have tried this wax feel that the wax is very sticky and leaves behind a mess. Because of this, it takes a long time to wash off the oil. The wax cannot be removed with water and needs baby oil or olive oil for removal. More than one rip is needed for the wax to come off which causes pain in the area that the wax is applied.
